The most important first
We have more than 20 years experience with designing and producing car parts. We have used al this experience by the making or purchasing our parts. This is why you can buy our products without any risk. We are completely dedicated to your satisfaction. If you want something for your Smart car we can deliver it or we can make it for you.

Delivery and Transport
Items will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually well within 5 business days except special order items. Your order will normally arrive within 7 business days for orders in the European Union.
Deliveries outside the European Union can be subject to local Customs delays in your own country, outside our control. Any local taxes from your own Customs are your responsibility – we only export the goods, you import them! If we can not dispatch your order in 5 business days we will keep them in backorder for you and inform u by e-mail about this.

We ship with DPD and TNT post in the European Union. To other countries we ship with DHL, TNT, UPS and Fedex depending on delivery time and the price. We always try to keep the prices of the transport as low as possible for our customers.

Return policy
We do not normally entertain dealing with “changed my mind” returns, since goods were supplied under a sales contract which existed between us. Taking restock of an item will depend on its sale ability and our stock position, but may be subjected to a minimum 30% handling/restocking charge. Refunds will be limited to the item cost, and will not include the original postage/shipping cost to send to you. After 30 days elapsed we will not be required to accept any return except at our final discretion.

Exchange goods
As above, we will not be obliged to accept goods back for exchange unless we need them in our stock. Restocking fee will apply. If we have agreed to exchange goods, it must be within a 7 day period from receipt by you, and the item should not have been fitted/used, and be still in good condition so that we can sell it again. The originally supplied part must be returned complete with all associated items sent as part of the product, unless otherwise agreed with Normania S-Mann, and should be in the same or equivalent packaging, and sent at your expense. A postage fee will be payable to us for the replacement to be sent out.. Another item can be dispatched only after we have received back the first, together with all outstanding monies due. If an item is returned without prior agreement with Normania S-Mann, it could be refused and returned to you. at your own expense.

Special order items
Very often we are asked by a customer to obtain parts we do not normally hold in stock. These parts have to be special made for you or we have to buy them by our suppliers. These items will be dispatched as soon as possible but can take some time. We will inform you about this time. For this items companies from whom we buy also require pre-payment and shipping costs to be paid by us before sending to us. We do not accept cancellation under circumstances where we have already paid for goods that had to be preordered or cancellation after we started the production of the parts.

If it will not fit
Very often people think that Smart cars are al the same. Before ordering a part please check if it will fit on your Smart car. If you have any doubts please contact us first to exclude failures. Please notice that all our parts must be fitted by qualified mechanics only. If you have any question about the way it should be fitted please feel free to ask us before you start.

Guarantee
We guarantee parts for 6 months after dispatch on material or production failures.
We do have the right to repair these parts or we replace them partly or full. We only accept a
warranty after receiving back the parts from the customer. We are unable to extend replacement/refunds on parts that are damaged by fitting or removal, howsoever caused – whether directly or incidental to incompetence, even (sadly) due to inconsiderate or incompetent smart center technicians, or incorrect fitting, howsoever caused. We do not accept a warranty  on parts that were changed or painted by a incompetent painter. Electrical items are tested wherever possible before dispatch. Any item returned in damaged condition or with evidence of tampering may not be refunded.  We accept only a warranty on the part it self not on other further costs or damage.

Onwership
S-Mann owns the parts until we have received the full payment of it.
Privacy Policy:
Normania S-Mann does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Remittance Terms
Thank you for your order. The prices shown on our website are without the Dutch VAT (Value Added Tax 19%) Our catalog prices are valid until changes on our website. Dutch taxes are included on invoices for delivery within the EU. VAT invoices being available on request from tax registered persons or company’s. We operate the Global Accounting scheme, tax is not necessarily calculated on the full net price. We are an internet based company, wherever possible our means of contact is by email, our telephone is not necessarily manned at all times.
